Vietnamese Egg Coffee
Make the smooth, sweet, and delicious egg coffee, a traditional coffee from Vietname with a uniqu e replacement for milk.

- 2 Large Eggs
- 1/2 Cup Sweetened Condensed Milk
- 1 Tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1 Shot Espresso
- 1 Sprinkle Cocoa Powder
In a container, beat the egg yolks, condensed milk, and vanilla extract for about 10 minutes or until you get a fluffy, creamy, and foamy mixture.
Before pouring the mixture into the coffee, you need to test it out first. Take a small amount of the foam and place it on top of a cup of water. If it doesn’t float, that means you need to whip it a bit more until it’s ready.
Prepare your espresso, and spoon some of the whipped mixtures on top of the coffee.
Top it off with some cocoa powder.
