Vietnamese Egg Coffee

Make the smooth, sweet, and delicious egg coffee, a traditional coffee from Vietname with a uniqu e replacement for milk.

Equipment

  • 1 Mixing Bowl
  • 1 Glass
  • 1 Spoon

Ingredients
  

  • 2 Large Eggs
  • 1/2 Cup Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 1 Tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1 Shot Espresso
  • 1 Sprinkle Cocoa Powder

Instructions
 

  • In a container, beat the egg yolks, condensed milk, and vanilla extract for about 10 minutes or until you get a fluffy, creamy, and foamy mixture.
  • Before pouring the mixture into the coffee, you need to test it out first. Take a small amount of the foam and place it on top of a cup of water. If it doesn’t float, that means you need to whip it a bit more until it’s ready.
  • Prepare your espresso, and spoon some of the whipped mixtures on top of the coffee.
  • Top it off with some cocoa powder.
  • Voila! Your very own Vietnamese Egg Coffee, enjoy!
