1 Spoon
1 Espresso Machine
- 2 oz Espresso Coffee or ½ cup freshly brewed strong coffee
- 4 oz Orange Juice
- 1 cup Ice Cubes
- 1 slice of Orange
- 1 sprig of Rosemary
First thing you need to do is prepare your espresso. You can use a Moka Pot if you don’t have an espresso machine. You can substitute the espresso for freshly brewed coffee.
Grind your coffee beans using an automatic grinder or manual grinder.
Next thing you need to do is brew your coffee using your ground-up coffee beans and water.
Set the coffee aside and let it cool.
You can add some ice cubes to speed up the cooling but be careful not to water it down.
Fill your glass with the amount of ice that you want (half full is a good amount).
Pour the orange juice into the glass.
Slowly add the espresso to the glass.
You can then choose to add a slice of orange juice and rosemary.
