- 1 cup Unsweetened almond milk or any other non-dairy milk of your choice
- 2 tablespoons Coconut oil
- 2 tablespoons Maple syrup or any other natural sweetener of your choice
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon Sea salt
In a saucepan over medium heat, combine the almond milk, coconut oil, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and sea salt.
Stir the ingredients together until they're well combined and the coconut oil has melted.
Bring the mixture to a simmer and then remove it from the heat.
Allow the mixture to cool for a few minutes, then transfer it to a blender.
Blend the mixture on high speed for about 1 minute, or until it's smooth and creamy.
Pour the creamer into an airtight container and store it in the refrigerator.
